Privacy

Your email, and nothing else

This covers the “Get notified” form on getcratedigger.com. The rest of the site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics.

What we collect

Your email address, the role you picked if you picked one (mobile DJ, club DJ, radio, producer or other), and the date and time you signed up. No name, no cookies, no tracking or analytics. Your IP address is held in memory for up to 10 minutes to stop repeated tries, and isn’t saved with your signup.

Why

To send you one email when Crate Digger is available, and occasional news about its launch. That’s what the box you tick says: “Email me when Crate Digger is available, and occasional launch news. You can ask to be removed at any time.” We don’t use it for anything else.

Where it’s kept

On Novus Technology’s own server, hosted by Hostinger. Requests to this site pass through Cloudflare, which protects the site and sees your IP address. We never sell your email. If we later use an email service to send the launch email, it receives addresses only to send that email.

How long we keep it

We delete the list 12 months after launch, or sooner if you ask.

How to be removed

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, or tell us which address it was, and we’ll delete it. You can also ask what we hold about you.

Who’s responsible

Novus Technology LLC, [email protected].
